Holly is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Autism Specialist (CAS). She is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in their mental health journeys. As our Clinical Director at Reach, she supports our team of providers while also specializing in service to neurodiverse populations, particularly those on the autism spectrum and caregivers of individuals with special needs. Holly’s leadership emphasizes inclusivity and strengths-based interventions.
Passionate about advocacy and education, she amplifies awareness of mental health and neurodiversity while fostering acceptance and inclusion. Outside of work, she is active in community outreach, mission work, and enjoys nature and time with her husband and sons.
Elizabeth Farmer, LCSW

Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is a dedicated therapist supporting children, teens, adults, and families. Specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and play therapy, she tailors her approach to address parenting challenges, adoption, grief, anxiety, and depression. She provides a safe space for clients to explore emotions and develop lasting coping strategies, offering faith-based counseling when desired. Passionate about holistic healing, Elizabeth fosters resilience and hope.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and four active children, volunteering with her church, and traveling with family and friends.

Mike Juola is an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in our Benton clinic who works with adults and teens to navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater balance and well-being. He draws on methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused strategies, and mindfulness to create sessions that are practical, supportive, and personalized.
Clients appreciate his approachable style and the comfortable space he provides for exploring concerns and building confidence. Mike’s focus is on helping each person develop the tools and self-awareness needed for meaningful, lasting change.
Liz Freeze, LCSW, RPT

Liz, an LCSW and Registered Play Therapist (RPT) in our Benton clinic, sees clients across the lifespan including teens and adults. She addresses a variety of concerns including anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, behavioral issues, parenting stress, ADHD, and stage-of-life transitions. As an Infant Mental Health certified provider, she also works with children ages 2+ with their parents/caregivers.
A provider known for her compassion, warmth, and understanding, Liz brings these attributes and clinical expertise to her work with clients of all ages. She is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space where individuals and families feel heard, supported, and respected.
Melanie Hilt, LPC

Melanie Hilt, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they work toward healing and growth. She creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel valued, respected, and encouraged to share their stories openly. With training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Melanie provides evidence-based care that helps clients process difficult experiences and build healthier patterns for the future.

She specializes in women’s issues, trauma recovery, stage of life transitions, parenting issues, familial relationships, and helping people strengthen resilience in the face of life’s challenges. Jill Russell, LCSW

Jillian (“Jill”) Russell brings a wealth of training in behavioral health to her work with individuals and families at Reach in Little Rock. After earning her master’s degree in Social Work from UALR in 2018 and completing her LCSW licensure requirements in 2022, Jill has been dedicated to serving clients across the lifespan— from children and adolescents to adults. Her broad skill set includes counseling for acute, chronic, and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, developmental disorders, and more.
As a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Jill draws from a diverse toolkit of interventions. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which helps clients process traumatic memories and reduce their associated distress. Her approach is person-centered and strengths-based.

Lillian Fink (“Lilly”), LCSW, earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas and is passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space for clients of all backgrounds to feel welcomed and supported. She works with children, teens, and adults, drawing on a range of approaches including mindfulness techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, person-centered methods, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play therapy.
Her clinical experience spans a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety, adjustment disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), etc. Lilly’s goal is to meet each client where they are, helping them build coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and move toward lasting personal growth and meaningful change.
