Liz Freeze
Elizabeth “Liz” Freeze is a Licensed Certified Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist serving children, teens, adults, and families through Reach’s Benton clinic and via telehealth across Arkansas. With a warm, relationship-focused approach, Liz supports clients in navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges with compassion and clinical expertise.
Liz sees clients across the lifespan including teens and adults. She addresses a variety of concerns including anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, behavioral issues, parenting stress, ADHD, and stage-of-life transitions. Her integrated and individualized approach creates a safe, engaging environment where clients of all ages can explore, heal, and grow.
Liz also works with children as young as age 2 (with their families) using evidence-based modalities including Play Therapy, sand tray therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). She is also a certified Arkansas Infant Mental Health provider, allowing her to offer developmentally appropriate care for young children and support for caregivers with real-time, evidence-based interventions.
Whether in the Benton clinic or through a virtual telehealth session, Liz is committed to helping individuals and families build stronger relationships, improve emotional regulation, and develop skills for lasting change.
