Melanie Hilt
Melanie Hilt is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides compassionate, trauma-informed care to teens, adults, and families navigating a wide range of life and relationship challenges. With specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), she helps clients work through the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, stage of life transitions, and relational difficulties in a supportive, goal-oriented environment.
Melanie offers a Christian perspective for clients who desire a faith-based approach to counseling— integrating spiritual insight with clinical best practices to support holistic healing for clients who choose this approach. Also, Melanie welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs, honoring each client’s unique values and worldview in the counseling process.
She is well known for creating a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences, grow in self-awareness, and build healthier patterns for life and relationships.
In addition to her clinical work, Melanie is actively involved in ministry and service efforts, specifically those supporting youth as well as foster and adoptive families across Arkansas. She also enjoys participating in and leading silent retreats, believing strongly in the value of reflection and renewal as part of overall emotional well-being.
