Megan Langlinais is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides therapy for children, adolescents, and families at our Benton and Little Rock locations, as well as through telehealth.

Megan has extensive experience working with children and teens across a variety of settings, including outpatient therapy, residential treatment, schools, early childhood programs, and acute psychiatric care. She understands that emotional and behavioral challenges can affect the entire family and works collaboratively with both young children and their caregivers to create practical, meaningful change.

Megan provides support for concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD and attention difficulties, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and child and adolescent behavioral concerns.

Her approach is trauma-informed and individualized to each client's needs, strengths, and goals. Megan incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed interventions, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She also has experience with individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and helping children and families develop healthier coping, communication, and emotional regulation skills.

Megan earned her Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University and her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
