Lillian (“Lilly”) Fink is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all individuals seeking support. She is passionate about helping clients feel understood, valued, and empowered in their growth and healing journeys.

Lilly utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. She incorporates mindfulness techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, person-centered approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play therapy to name a few. She works with children, teens, and adults, offering compassionate guidance through life’s challenges.

Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals living with PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety, adjustment disorders, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) among others. Lilly believes in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they build resilience, develop coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.
