Jill Russell

Jill Russell is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) based in Reach’s Little Rock clinic. She also offers convenient telehealth services for clients across Arkansas. Jill brings a strengths-based and solution-focused approach to her work with children (ages 3+), teens, adults and their families by helping clients navigate a wide range of emotional, developmental, and relational challenges.

Jill’s training includes: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), Certified Autism Specialist, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children with trauma-related problematic sexual behavior, and Arkansas infant mental health provider certifications. Her advanced training allows her to work with individuals experiencing a range of difficulties in life as well as neurodevelopmental disorders—including autism spectrum disorder and ADHD—to assist clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, stage-of-life difficulties, etc.

She is especially passionate about supporting children with special needs and their parents or caregivers, offering guidance that promotes understanding, connection, and relational resilience. Jill’s integrative approach draws from evidence-based modalities and is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs across the lifespan.
