We Have a Winner! Holly Crutchfield is voted Saline County’s Favorite Mental Health Therapist

We’re thrilled to announce that our own Holly Crutchfield, LCSW, CAS has been named Saline County’s Favorite Psychologist/Therapist in the 2025 MySaline annual survey! This top honor, determined by votes from members of our community, speaks volumes about the trust and respect Holly has earned.  

As a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Autism Specialist (CAS), Holly brings a heartfelt and inclusive approach to therapy, especially for neurodiverse individuals and their families. Her leadership as Reach’s Clinical Director extends beyond the therapy space—she champions resilience, empowers caregivers, and advocates for acceptance of others in all that she does.  

The nomination and award didn’t come as a surprise to her co-workers, friends, family and clients. This recognition is more than an award though—it’s a celebration of Holly’s unwavering commitment to mental health and the relationships she cultivates in our community. From offering tailored guidance rooted in evidence-based practice to forging meaningful connections with clients and their families, Holly models the kind of care our community deserves.
